Release of Claims
All boats, boat owners, captains and crew acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in this MBCA Fishing Tournament, in which there is inherent risk of injury or death. All participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Montauk Boatmen and Captains Association, its directors, members and agents from all liability, claims, libel, slander, loss, causes of action and damages, including attorney fees, directly or indirectly resulting from participation in this tournament.

Use of Photography
I hereby grant permission to the Montauk Boatmen and Captains Associations to use my name, boat name, photos and/or video for the purposes of advertising and marketing. I further acknowledge that sponsors, participants, spectators or other individuals may also take photos or videos and that I will not hold the Montauk Boatmen and Captains Association responsible for the activities of any other individual or organization.
